iCHOOSE is Helm Godfrey’s employee benefits platform. iCHOOSE is used by a number of our corporate clients to administer and manage their employee benefits programmes.
Employee benefits offer a persuasive way to keep your employees happy, healthy and productive. But while the rest of the workforce benefits, overloaded HR divisions suffer. We want to change that.
iCHOOSE is a simple, flexible and budget-friendly way for all businesses to plan, manage and grow a stress-free employee benefits system. There are no set-up costs and no fixed-term contracts – choose between free or monthly pay-as-you-go packages.
Employees can login and select benefits packages that are right for them, view their Total Reward Statements and access benefit information. Meanwhile HR departments can use iCHOOSE to run extensive and bespoke reports, manage enrolment windows and view analytical data to provide them with a clear picture of what matters most to their employees.
iCHOOSE can be used by employers of any size across any industry and is benefit agnostic so any existing benefits you may have can be plugged in to the portal. iCHOOSE is available from £1 per active employee per month. There is no build cost for a basic portal and no long contracts to sign up to and you can even brand it according to your Company’s guidelines should you wish.
