Leading employee benefits adviser Helm Godfrey has strengthened its team with the appointment of Mark Miller as Business Development Manager.

The appointment of Mark Miller, formerly Vice President of Business Development at Barclays Bank, is an important step in the company’s strategy for growth in order to bring the range of services offered to a wider corporate audience.

Mark Miller has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits sector, beginning his career at Sun Life Assurance and subsequently working for a number of major companies, including SBJ & Associates, Alexander Forbes, Towry Law, Heath Lambert and Barclay’s Corporate and Employer Solutions. As a business development manager for Helm Godfrey’s Employee Benefits practice, Miller will increase the footprint of Helm Godfrey’s employee benefits services. He will identify opportunities to improve employee benefits programmes and help companies better manage costs optimising their return on investment in human capital. Miller will collaborate with business leaders to craft tailored solutions that advance clients’ business goals.
