Climate change, ethical and green investment opportunities
Barry Brown, Head of our Ethical and Green Division, has a particular concern about and interest in Global Warming and Climate Change. As a way of playing his part to these challenges he actively seeks out, and helps with the promotion and funding of, commercially sound enterprises that provide solutions to these problems.
These are all projects that wouldn't have gone ahead or reached their potential without (new) investment and typically would not be included in the portfolio of shares in retail ethical funds and stock broking services. They are the type of companies that many "ethical investors" have in mind when they think of investing ethically; in contrast to the shares in listed public companies that most ethical funds are made up of.

Of the four only the first 2 are still looking for investors.
He also runs seminars for Financial Advisers to help them better understand Global Warming and Climate Change, and thereby their clients who have concerns about these issues.
