Operations & HR Support
Jo provides Operations and HR Support to the company. Her main duties include liaising with the Operations and Accounts managers and ensuring staff wellbeing.
Jo’s position at Helm Godfrey is varied: she has a HR, operations and accounts role. She appoints new joiners, maintains staff personnel files, updates company procedures and implements training plans. She inputs commission/fees and allocates advisers’ remuneration. There is never a dull moment in her working day.
Jo chairs the employee forum, produces minutes for the board meetings and is also Helm Godfrey’s social secretary. She organisises all social events; from charity bake sales to training trips abroad.
Outside of work Jo enjoys travelling, watching live music, the theatre, baking and trying her hand at new things. To keep fit Jo trains in aerial silks and hoop, this keeps her adventurous, adrenaline junkie side satisfied weekly. But of course we all know her real obsession is Peter Andre!
