Adviser Support

My role is to look after the administrative needs of two Helm Godfrey advisers and all of their clients. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with financial providers, preparing a variety of documentation, processing applications/requests from start to finish and responding to client queries.

Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to my job in order to manage a busy and varied workload and obtain the desired results for clients in a highly regulated environment. To this end, I hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and continuously strive to keep myself updated on the latest changes in the financial services industry.

Away from the office, I like to keep busy on my own little projects, for example DIY/gardening and improving my Mandarin language skills. I also enjoy walking, reading and travelling abroad
